Great shot, but don't be afraid to bump up your ISO! You could have gotten a few stops higher of a ss if you would have bumped your ISO....but I'm sure you know that :)
I can see the blur, but for me works because the cheerios are pretty sharp....so that fact gives the hand the feeling of motion.
I like your perspective w/cutie pie blurred in the background. Could be a tad brighter though.
